Owners and admins choose Settings (Workspace settings) at the bottom of the navigation on the left. The page shows the workspace, its plan and member count, Invite members, and five tabs: Members, Usage, Billing, General and Moderation. Members and guests don't have workspace settings; their Settings are for their own account.

  • Members: people, roles and invitations.
  • Usage: minutes and meeting activity.
  • Billing: plan, seats and payments.
  • General: described below.
  • Moderation: reported and held chat messages.

The tab has four sections, one under the other:

  • Workspace: the Name, up to 60 characters, and the Workspace URL, cheapmeet.com/ plus 3 to 40 lowercase letters, numbers or hyphens. Company logo (Starter and Business plans): choose Upload logo, or drop an image on the preview, to show your logo instead of the workspace initials in the workspace switcher, on invitation pages and on meeting join screens, including the one guests see. Use a PNG, JPEG or WebP image up to 2 MB and 4096 × 4096 pixels; SVG files are not accepted. A square or wide logo on a transparent background works best: it sits on a white tile so it stays visible in the dark theme too, and the preview shows it on both. Replace logo and Remove change it again. On the Free plan the logo is hidden and cannot be changed, only removed; it shows again after you upgrade.
  • Access: Allowed email domains: type a domain and press Enter, comma or space to add it; Backspace removes the last one. See Let your company domain join. Below it, Only people with these email domains can be members: see Only allow your company domains.
  • Meeting defaults: what new meetings start with. See Meeting defaults below.
  • Workspace data (owners only): export the workspace or close it. See Export workspace data and Close a workspace.

One Save changes at the bottom of the form saves your changes to Workspace, Access and Meeting defaults together; it stays in view while you scroll. Cancel throws your changes away. Workspace data has its own buttons and isn't part of the form, and the company logo saves as soon as you upload or remove it.
